Model Face: The Basic Exercises for All

Model face is all about beauty, symmetry,  and a youthful appearance.

While genetics play a significant role in determining facial features, some exercises can help enhance and tone the muscles in your face, giving you a more defined and sculpted look.

In this article, we will explore some of the basic exercises that can help you achieve a model-like face.

Keep in mind these model face exercises I am writing have been practised and I have gotten the results.

So I want to start writing these effective exercises from the very scratch to help you.

So right here – it’s the beginning and I want you to regularly practice the below exercises and over time I will keep writing about more exercises.

But these are common and basics – just like A B C –  in schools.

No need to overthink or waste time on honey-like titles to read or watch.

Don’t think after reading – Just keep doing as I do.

Remember don’t overdo these exercises – by the time you can increase but In your first days be very careful and easy slowly.

Because your facial muscles and bones are tight in the current position for years and obviously will take time to make it ready for the change or refresh.

Be patient and be consistent.

After 1 to 3 months you will start seeing results.

So if you want to read my story and experience then I will add a post here.

I will let you know how I felt changing and attracting others, Not only women or girls but kids, etc.

But while doing exercises.

Pro Tip – I have never intentionally tried or planned to have a model face.

But the simple thing is I was just enjoying the exercises of face.

One thing to be clear – Once I do notice that my left side face is a little weaker I never bother myself to search on Google about it or see a doctor.

It was just a YouTube-recommended video and I watched only one time and started doing the same thing.

Enjoying and exercising and then my friends notice the changes and stares of others.

And it’s not about the skin. My skin color is still the same but look refreshed and attractive, plus my bones and muscles.

So let’s get started – without wasting another second.

 

1. Face Muscles

It’s not complicated, very simple and very easy.

Just lift your facial muscles upward again and again like a smiley face.

No need to smile with each lift or not at all.

If you feel like me that your left or right face muscles are weak – any side.

But in most cases, it’s the left – so just lifting alone for the first few seconds of that weak side and then both.

Don’t overthink keep doing.

But in the beginning, lift only 10 to 20 times at a time or daily.

When lifting you will see wrinkles Don’t be wrong this will not increase but it will decrease.

And you will get rid of it – it is the extra benefits not the actual.

This exercise will get your facial muscles in shape and will help in blood flow and refreshing.

I was not aware of the face exercises and was a total stranger to this idea.

Sometimes I used to to find myself unconsciously lifting my facial muscles in all directions and making faces like kids – 🤣 haha 😆.

But I love this simple exercise and I have done this exercise alone for weeks.

So keep your face 😜 lifting.

 

2. Jawline Exercises

 

A well-defined jawline is often associated with a chiselled and attractive face.

Several exercises can help strengthen and tone the muscles in your jawline, giving you a more defined and sculpted look.

One effective jawline exercise is the “Jaw Release.” Start by sitting or standing upright and moving your jaw as if you are chewing gum.

Take a deep breath through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth while making a humming sound.

Repeat this exercise several times to help tighten and define your jawline.

In my first days when I came to know about this exercise.

I overdo it and found myself in pain and hard to chew.

So I don’t want you to repeat my mistake.

Just slowly increase this exercise.

My second mistake was I was opening my mouth fully.

So please –  don’t open broader/wider than normal.

Another pro tip here is to hold tight your jaws with a closed mouth for a few seconds to help you lose fat.

So keep doing – 10 to 20 in the beginning – later increasing depending on your bones.

 

3. Mewing

This is the king exercise where the game begins.

Before you start mewing or any of the above exercises first find out your mouth center.

How ? – well – Let your tongue help you.

Make your tongue tip very narrow and keep on your upper front teeth where you can touch the centre.

And now do the same on the lower jaw front teeth.

Now get gather

  1. Upper Jaw
  2. Tongue tip
  3. Lower jaw

And you will notice the centre.

In most cases, you will not feel that it’s the center because your mind is programmed already to the wrong center.

So you will have a little problem keeping in the center but it’s okay and very carefully practice for the center don’t overdo it.

Once you find the center then move on to Mewing.

Mewing is important read very carefully.

Mewing is a technique that has gained popularity in recent years for its potential to improve facial aesthetics and overall oral health.

Developed by Dr. John Mew, this practice involves proper tongue posture and alignment to achieve a well-defined jawline and facial symmetry.

Mewing also helps in easy breathing and sound Base.

Before you begin mewing, it’s essential to understand the basic principles behind this technique.

Mewing is all about proper tongue posture, where the tongue rests against the roof of the mouth, creating a gentle upward force.

Here’s How to

The first step in practising mewing is finding the correct tongue posture.

Start by sitting or standing up straight with your head in a neutral position.

Close your mouth and relax your jaw muscles. Now, gently place the tip of your tongue just behind your front teeth and lower teeth.

The rest of your tongue should also be touching the roof of your mouth, including the back of your tongue.

Also, both sides of your tongue should force the jaws, (left and right).

It may take some time to get used to this posture, so be patient and keep practising.

Avoid pressing your tongue too hard against the roof, up and sides of your mouth, as it should be in a gentle and natural position.

This helps in developing the jawline, improving breathing, and enhancing overall facial aesthetics.

How to know you’re Mewing the right way.

Once your tongue fits around – at that moment you will feel easy breathing – it means your mewing works.

Don’t forget the tongue and teeth centre balance.

 

4. Cheek Exercises with Mewing

As we discussed above in the beginning –  1.

Now only focus on the cheeks exercise to learn.

High and well-defined cheekbones are considered a desirable facial feature.

Some exercises can help lift and tone the muscles in your cheeks, giving you a more sculpted and youthful appearance.

 

One effective cheek exercise is the “Cheek Lift.” Start by smiling as wide as you can while keeping your lips closed and posture your tongue behind the frontal teeth and a little forcing up as mewing.

Place your index fingers on the apples of your cheeks and gently lift them upward.

Hold this position for a few seconds and repeat it several times to help lift and tone your cheeks.

Simple and easy – Take your time to learn first properly.

 

5. Eye Exercises

Bright and youthful eyes can greatly enhance your overall facial appearance.

Some exercises can help reduce puffiness, diminish dark circles, and tighten the skin around your eyes.

One effective eye exercise is the

“Eye Squeeze.”

Start by closing your eyes tightly and squeezing them shut for a few seconds.

 

 

Release and repeat this exercise several times to help improve blood circulation and tighten the skin around your eyes.

Hunter Eyes

Most men like hunter’s eyes but women have many different types and styles including hunter’s eyes.

It seems a common choice.

But here I will only discuss hunter eyes because hunter eyes are popular and in another alone eyes type post I will go through women’s eyes.

But for now, I will complete this post to avoid confusion.

Just pull upward your eyes brow several times.

When you say hi to someone your brow must go up.

I mean to make it a habit and have hunter’s eyes.

Hold your eyebrows ends with your middle finger upward very carefully and lift down the muscles of your Eyes.

No need to fully close your eyes and don’t force with in any direction.

Just HOLD normal with your fingers.

Don’t overdo this exercise especially, The change takes time and overdoing can hurt,

Only ten times enough in a day.

Don’t worry we will provide more technique with the time and you will glow up safely.

 

6. Forehead Exercises

A smooth and wrinkle-free forehead is important for an attractive look.

Some exercises can help tone and tighten the muscles in your forehead, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and lines.

One effective forehead exercise is the “Brow Lift.”

Place your index fingers just above your eyebrows and gently lift them upward while trying to frown.

Hold this position for a few seconds and repeat it several times to help tone and tighten your forehead muscles.

 

7. Scalp Exercises

Similar to the others but here we will go a little further.

Scalp Exercise is just lifting your eyebrows fast.

If your hair is weak or has dandruff and feels dry.

Touch your scalp above your forehead and you will feel it tighten when you push your eyebrow up it will feel hard to move a bit and it’s not flexible.

So massage with good hair oil for better results.

And keep your eyebrow lifted – happy lifting.

Once you feel flexible after some days then it will be also effective for

  1. hunter  Eyes
  2. Forehead
  3. Scalp
  4. Back

Eyebrows lifting will also help in hair growth and good mode.

Pro Tip 

Your eyebrow is the best lifting tool and it will also help the back neck muscles under the hair.

Conclusion

Everything is simple and simply put yourself in effort.

No need to make things complicated just do it and get results.

It’s my success to have a model face that I achieved without surfing the internet for hours.

And now I feel everyone makes things complex to make more noise and get the algorithm’s favours.

So don’t fill in traps.

While these exercises can help enhance and tone the muscles in your face and around, it’s important to remember that consistency is key.

Incorporating these exercises into your daily routine, along with a healthy lifestyle and skincare regimen, can help you achieve a model-like face.
